Are there any extra charges or fees on top of the hourly rate?

There is no miles restriction, or gas surcharges. We charge hourly.

The only extra charges will be tax and 20% gratuity.

In rare cases, there is a damage fee of minimum $250 if you or anyone in your party caused damage to the vehicle, and a $100 vomit fee or excessive cleaning.

Once you’re charged the $50 deposit, your reservation is confirmed. However, it is important to call and confirm your vehicle, time, date and address within a week of your service date to prevent any miscommunication.

Do I have to sign anything?

You have to sign our contract for the charges and agree with our regulations before you enter the vehicle. The person signing must be the credit card holder and must be over 18 years old. You must have credit card present at time of pick up.

Do you have sunroofs in your vehicles? Why do they not work?

How do I get a quote from CapCityLimo.com?

You can call us or go to the reservation page, simply fill out the form and click the submit button. A sales representative will call or email you after checking if the vehicle you need is available on the date and time you requested and give you an estimate.

Please note, requesting a quote does not hold your vehicle.

How do I make a reservation? What are the requirements?

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit with a major credit card

Your name, address, and phone number

Pick up date, time, and address (or flight info if pick up from the airport)

Rest of the balance is due within 24 hours before job execution, we usually charge it automatically on credit card we have on file unless you request to pay the rest of the balance in cash.

I booked a vehicle from CapCityLimo.com but it never showed up, why?

  We are on time 99% of the jobs. Our drivers always try to get to your location 15 minutes early. However, sometimes traffic, bad directions, or weather prevents us to get to you on time. In this case the driver will call you and let you know of any delays. If your vehicle didn’t show up within 15mins of your pick up time and you never heard from us, please call so we can locate the driver.

I reserved a vehicle to pick me up from the Columbus Airport, where do I find the driver?

Our courteous drivers will be waiting at the baggage claim area by the information booth holding a sign with your name. They will help you with luggage if needed and walk you to the vehicle.

What areas do you serve? Do you go outside Columbus?

We service Columbus, Ohio and surrounding communities within 30 miles. However,

If you live half hour or more away from Columbus, travel time charges will be added to get to your location and back. For example if you need the limo for 4 hours and need to be picked up from Lancaster, Ohio then dropped off in Lancaster, Ohio. We charge for 2 extra hours, an hour to get to your location and another hour to get back. Total charge will be for 6 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for the $50 deposit upon reservation.  You may use cash or a credit card for the remaining balance. Please have your credit card present when we pick you up.

We do not accept checks.

What if I lost something in the vehicle?

We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen or forgotten items in our vehicles. But, you can contact us and if we found your lost item we will return it to you.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Please call as soon as you know of any delays or cancellations so we can adjust your pick up time without any extra charge. Please note, we can not guarantee availability of our vehicles if the delay is over 30 minutes and we were not notified. We will do all that we can to accommodate the unexpected change but with last minute delays of over 30 minutes, you will be charged for an extra hour waiting time at the airport if not notified of the delay in advance.

We do not offer refunds for cancelled flights within 24 hours of our scheduled service.

What is your alcohol policy?

We are not allowed to sell or provide you with alcohol. You can bring your own alcohol, or ask the driver to stop at a liquor store so you can buy it yourself and stack the bar inside the limousine. We provide ice and glasses upon request at no extra charges. Only limousines have bars, our buses do not. You are not allowed to drink in the sedans.

No open containers are allowed in the front cabin next to the driver.

 

You must be over 21 to consume alcohol in all our vehicles, our drivers has the right to ask for IDs and cancel your reservation with no refund if found drinking under the age of 21.

 The driver has the right to cancel your contract with no refund if you or someone in your party is acting in an unruly manner, being rude, or interfering with the operation of the vehicle. Please be advised that there is a $250 minimum fee for any damages to the vehicle caused by you or any of your party.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation received at least 30 days prior to the contract will be charged a $50 processing fee (the deposit). Cancellation received from 29-15 days prior to the contract date will be charged 50% of the original contract amount. All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the contract date will be charged the full amount of the contract.If you didn’t show up for your reservation, we consider it a last minute cancellation and we do not give any refund. We have the right to terminate your reservation with no refunds if you or any of the passengers were rude to the driver, performed any illegal activity, drinking under-age, interfering in the safe operation of the vehicle, or damaging the vehicle.

What is your privacy policy? Do you share my contact information with anybody? Do you contact me for offers and such?

We keep your contact information private and we do not share it with anybody. We will only send you coupons and offers if you opted in when registering.

We accept reservation within 6 month of date of service. We also accept same day reservations, if the vehicle is available, with at least 1 hour advance notice.

When does my time starts and finish? Do I have to pay for the vehicle even if it is waiting for me and I’m not riding in it? 

 

We charge hourly from the pick up time you requested when making your reservation until the last passenger leaves the vehicle at your last destination.

Why is it important to provide my cell phone number when making a reservation?
